z_index_tablet=&#8221;500&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h4>I- OBJETIVO<\/h4>\n<p>O objetivo do Salvador Black Film Festival \u00e9: promover filmes de cineastas independentes do Brasil e de todo o mundo, promover a diversidade cultural e cinematogr\u00e1fica do Brasil, promover o cinema negro e estimular o desenvolvimento de cinema de qualidade, descobrir e incentivar novos talentos, incentivar reuni\u00f5es entre cineastas negros e profissionais que trabalham na ind\u00fastria cinematogr\u00e1fica do Brasil e do exterior, promover oportunidades para coprodu\u00e7\u00f5es, incentivar o desenvolvimento da ind\u00fastria audiovisual no Brasil e no exterior.<\/p>\n<h4>II- DATE<\/h4>\n<p>O 1\u00ba Salvador Black Film Festival ser\u00e1 realizado em Salvador de <strong>19 a 22 de Novembro de 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>III- SELE\u00c7\u00c3O<\/h4>\n<p>O Comit\u00ea de Sele\u00e7\u00e3o vai selecionar e convidar os filmes que ser\u00e3o apresentados nas categorias Competi\u00e7\u00e3o, Fora da Competi\u00e7\u00e3o, Retrospectiva, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Somente filmes que atendam aos seguintes crit\u00e9rios podem ser selecionados e convidados a fazer parte da Sele\u00e7\u00e3o Oficial:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Deve ter sido feito nos 24 meses anteriores ao Festival.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e3o deve ter sido distribu\u00eddo e \/ ou lan\u00e7ado anteriormente nos cinemas brasileiros (a menos que uma exce\u00e7\u00e3o seja feita pelo festival).<\/li>\n<li>Ser\u00e1 dada prioridade a obras n\u00e3o lan\u00e7adas anteriormente.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e3o deve ter sido transmitido na televis\u00e3o ou na Internet.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e3o deve ter sido lan\u00e7ado no mercado em DVD, VOD ou Blu-Ray.<\/li>\n<li>Deve respeitar o objetivo do Festival, conforme definido no Par\u00e1grafo I (Objetivo).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>IV- PROGRAMA<\/h4>\n<p>O Salvador Black Film Festival 2020 incluir\u00e1 as seguintes categorias:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Longas-metragens (fic\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Document\u00e1rios<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Retrospectivas<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Curta Metragens<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Tributo<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>V- ACORDO<\/h4>\n<p>O envio ou envio de um filme ao Festival implica que os produtores ou seus representantes concordem com essas regras e regulamentos.<\/p>\n<p>OS FILMES QUE FOREM REGISTRADOS E SELECIONADOS N\u00c3O PODEM SER RETIRADOS DO FESTIVAL.<\/p>\n<p>A Ger\u00eancia Executiva do Festival tem o poder de resolver quaisquer casos que n\u00e3o sejam cobertos por essas regras e regulamentos.<\/p>\n<p>Uma vez selecionado, nenhum filme pode ser retirado do programa durante o Festival.<\/p>\n<p>Os filmes convidados s\u00f3 podem ser exibidos nos cinemas do Festival at\u00e9 o encerramento oficial do Festival.<\/p>\n<h4>VI- TRIBUTO<\/h4>\n<p>Somente por convite, esta se\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 dedicada aos grandes homens e mulheres do cinema: roteiristas, diretores, atores, produtores, diretores de fotografia, compositores etc.<\/p>\n<h4>VII- EXCLUS\u00d5ES<\/h4>\n<p>Filmes industriais, publicit\u00e1rios ou educacionais n\u00e3o s\u00e3o eleg\u00edveis para nenhuma das categorias (competitivas ou n\u00e3o competitivas).\u00a0Filmes racistas, pornogr\u00e1ficos e de propaganda pol\u00edtica, bem como filmes baseados em viol\u00eancia gratuita, n\u00e3o s\u00e3o eleg\u00edveis.<\/p>\n<h4>VIII- J\u00daRI<\/h4>\n<p>A Comiss\u00e3o de Sele\u00e7\u00e3o refere-se ao Presidente e aos demais membros que comp\u00f5em o j\u00fari para cada categoria de filme.<\/p>\n<p>O Presidente do Festival, o Diretor de Programa\u00e7\u00e3o do SBFF e \/ ou um representante designado do Festival podem participar das delibera\u00e7\u00f5es do J\u00fari, mas n\u00e3o podem participar da vota\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Os membros do j\u00fari n\u00e3o podem de forma alguma estar associados a um filme que tenha sido inscrito na competi\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0As seguintes pessoas n\u00e3o podem participar do J\u00fari: o Presidente do Festival (da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Fabienne Colas), um membro organizador do Festival ou qualquer pessoa envolvida na produ\u00e7\u00e3o, distribui\u00e7\u00e3o ou libera\u00e7\u00e3o de um filme em competi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h4>IX- PROMO\u00c7\u00c3O E PUBLICA\u00c7\u00c3O DE PR\u00caMIOS<\/h4>\n<p>Os filmes selecionados para fazer parte da Sele\u00e7\u00e3o Oficial concordam em usar o\u00a0logotipo\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Sele\u00e7\u00e3o Oficial&#8221;<\/strong> do Salvador Black Film Festival em toda a sua publicidade.<\/p>\n<p>Ao participar do Festival, os vencedores do pr\u00eamio e as empresas de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o concordam em usar o nome ou o logotipo do Salvador Black Film Festival, bem como o pr\u00eamio que receberam, em todas as suas promo\u00e7\u00f5es e an\u00fancios (p\u00f4steres, an\u00fancios etc.).<\/p>\n<h4>X- DEADLINE<\/h4>\n<p>Os prazos para inscri\u00e7\u00e3o de filmes est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis na\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/filmfreeway.com\/SalvadorBlackFilmFestival\"><strong>p\u00e1gina FILM FREEWAY<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0do Festival. O link para inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, pagamento e\u00a0exibi\u00e7\u00e3o de\u00a0filmes deve ser preenchido on-line atrav\u00e9s do\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/filmfreeway.com\/SalvadorBlackFilmFestival\"><strong>FilmFreeWay<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>XI- AUTORIDADE<\/h4>\n<p>O Presidente da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Fabienne Colas, o \u00f3rg\u00e3o organizador do Festival, tem autoridade para resolver os casos n\u00e3o cobertos por essas regras e regulamentos.<\/p>\n<p>O envio de um filme n\u00e3o significa que ele ser\u00e1 selecionado automaticamente para participa\u00e7\u00e3o na pr\u00f3xima edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Salvador Black Film Festival.\u00a0Somente os filmes selecionados pelo Comit\u00ea de Sele\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o exibidos.<\/p>\n<p>A participa\u00e7\u00e3o no Salvador Black Film Festival significa que voc\u00ea concorda em cumprir as regras e regulamentos mencionados acima e respeita as\u00a0<strong>condi\u00e7\u00f5es de pr\u00e9-sele\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se houver uma disputa na interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer uma dessas regras e regulamentos, o texto original em Ingl\u00eas prevalecer\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Essas regras e regulamentos se aplicam a todas as categorias de sele\u00e7\u00e3o oficial (competi\u00e7\u00e3o, fora de competi\u00e7\u00e3o, programa\u00e7\u00e3o especial, retrospectivas, filmes convidados, outras exibi\u00e7\u00f5es, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle _builder_version=&#8221;4.0.6&#8243; z_index_tablet=&#8221;500&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h4><strong>IMPORTANTE<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>O Comit\u00ea de Sele\u00e7\u00e3o do Festival Internacional de Salvador Black Film Festival \u00e9 exclusivamente respons\u00e1vel pela Sele\u00e7\u00e3o Oficial e por decidir a se\u00e7\u00e3o em que um filme pode ser classificado: Em Competi\u00e7\u00e3o (curta e longa metragem), Fora de Competi\u00e7\u00e3o ou Programa\u00e7\u00e3o especial, Outras Vis\u00f5es, Retrospectivas, Filmes convidados, etc.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>CRIT\u00c9RIO<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Os filmes inscritos na Sele\u00e7\u00e3o Oficial devem atender aos seguintes crit\u00e9rios (exceto para retrospectivas):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deve ter sido feito nos 24 meses anteriores ao Festival.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e3o deve ter sido distribu\u00eddo e \/ ou lan\u00e7ado anteriormente nos cinemas brasileiros (a menos que uma exce\u00e7\u00e3o seja feita pelo festival)<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e3o deve ter sido transmitido na Internet ou na televis\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e3o deve ter sido lan\u00e7ado no mercado em cassetes VOD, DVD, Blu-Ray ou outro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>ELEGIBILIDADE<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>1) Indiv\u00edduos de qualquer outra etnia (ra\u00e7a) e de qualquer pa\u00eds tamb\u00e9m podem enviar filmes para o Salvador Black Film Festival, desde que o filme atenda a UMA das seguintes condi\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dialogue com uma realidade negra<\/li>\n<li>Dialogue com a comunidade negra.<\/li>\n<li>Tenha v\u00e1rios atores de origem negra desempenhando pap\u00e9is principais.<\/li>\n<li>Tenha um diretor ou roteirista de origem negra.<\/li>\n<li>Dialogue com o tema espec\u00edfico no Festival.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2) Na categoria de filmes convidados, os termos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es de elegibilidade indicados no ponto 1 acima n\u00e3o se aplicam, devido ao fato de esses filmes serem especialmente convidados pelo Festival por um motivo muito particular e especial.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>TEMPO DE DURA\u00c7\u00c3O DO FILME<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Nossa defini\u00e7\u00e3o para dura\u00e7\u00e3o do filme:<\/p>\n<p>Curta-metragem: 30 min ou menos \/ M\u00e9dia Metragem: 31 a 74 minutos \/ Longa Metragem: 75 minutos e mais.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>DATA LIMITE<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Os prazos para inscri\u00e7\u00e3o de filmes est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis na p\u00e1gina FILM FREEWAY do Festival.<\/p>\n<p>O link para inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, pagamento e exibi\u00e7\u00e3o de filmes deve ser preenchido on-line atrav\u00e9s do FilmFreeWay.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>FORMATO<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Independentemente do equipamento usado para gravar o filme (Digital, super 8, 35mm, HD\u2026):<\/p>\n<p>Para a\u00a0\u00a0 fase de pr\u00e9-sele\u00e7\u00e3o, todos os examinadores de filmes devem ser carregados diretamente no\u00a0\u00a0 FilmFreeway.<\/p>\n<p>Se o seu filme for aceito, voc\u00ea ser\u00e1 solicitado a enviar uma c\u00f3pia para exibi\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>Para as exibi\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas (no cinema), apenas os seguintes formatos ser\u00e3o aceitos: arquivos DCP, Blu-Ray, MOV ou MP4 HD.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>LEGENDAGEM<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>O Comit\u00ea de Sele\u00e7\u00e3o assistir\u00e1 aos filmes:<\/p>\n<p>COM legendas Ingl\u00eas, se o filme estiver originalmente em Portugu\u00eas.<\/p>\n<p>COM legendas Portugu\u00eas, se o filme estiver originalmente em Ingl\u00eas ou outro idioma.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>REMESSA<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>DCP: devem ser enviados por correio registrado ou por meio de um servi\u00e7o de correio expresso (FedEx, DHL, UPS &#8230;) diretamente para o endere\u00e7o indicado na parte inferior do formul\u00e1rio de registro. is to: promote independent author\u2019s films from Brazil and around the world, promote Brazil's cultural and cinematic diversity, promote Black cinema and stimulate the development of quality cinema, discover and encourage new talent, encourage meetings between Black filmmakers and professionals working in the film industry from Brazil and abroad, cultivate opportunities for co-productions, encourage the development of the Black Film Industry in Brazil and abroad.<\/p><h4>II- DATE<\/h4><p>The 1st Salvador Black Film Festival will be held in Salvador in <strong>November 19 to 22, 2020<\/strong>.<\/p><h4>III- SELECTION<\/h4><p>The Selection Committee selects and invites the films that will be presented in the Competition, Out-of-Competition, Retrospective, or other categories\u2026<\/p><p>Only films that meet the following criteria may be selected and invited to be part of the Official Selection:<\/p><ol><li>Must have been made in the 24 months preceding the Festival.<\/li><li>Must not have previously been distributed and\/or released in Brazil theatres (unless an exception is made by the festival).<\/li><li>Priority will be given to previously unreleased works.<\/li><li>Must not have been broadcast on television or on the Internet.<\/li><li>Must not have been released on the market on DVD, VOD, Blu-Ray or other.<\/li><li>Must respect the goal of the Festival as defined in Paragraph I (GOAL).<\/li><\/ol><h4>IV- PROGRAM<\/h4><p>The 1rst Salvador Black Film Festival will include the following categories:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Feature films (fiction)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Documentaries<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Retrospectives<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Short Films<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Tribute<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><h4>V- AGREEMENT<\/h4><p>Submitting or sending a film to the Festival implies that the producers or their representatives agree to these rules and regulations.<\/p><p>FILMS THAT HAVE BEEN REGISTERED AND SELECTED MAY NOT BE WITHDRAWN FROM THE FESTIVAL.<\/p><p>The Executive Management of the Festival has the power to settle any cases that are not covered under these rules and regulations.<\/p><p>Once selected, no film may be withdrawn from the program during the Festival.<\/p><p>Invited films may only be shown in the Festival\u2019s theatres until the Festival has officially closed.<\/p><h4>VI- TRIBUTE<\/h4><p>By invitation only, this section is dedicated to the great men and women of cinema: Screenwriters, directors, actors, producers, directors of photography, composers, etc.<\/p><h4>VII- EXCLUSIONS<\/h4><p>Industrial, advertising or educational films are not eligible for any of the categories (competitive or non-competitive). Racist, pornographic and political propaganda films, as well as films based on gratuitous violence, are not eligible.<\/p><h4>VIII- JURY<\/h4><p>The Selection Committee refers to the President and to the other members that compose the Jury for each film category.<\/p><p>The President of the Festival, the Programming Director of the SBFF and\/or a designated representative of the Festival may attend Jury deliberations but may take no part in the voting.<\/p><p>Jury members may in no way be associated with a film that has been entered in the competition. The following persons may not sit on the Jury: The President of the Festival (of the Fabienne Colas Foundation), an organizing member of the Festival, or anyone who has been involved in producing, distributing or releasing a film in competition.<\/p><h4>IX- PROMOTION AND PUBLICATION OF AWARDS<\/h4><p>Films selected to be part of the Official Selection agree to use the\u00a0<strong>\u201cOfficial Selection\u201d <\/strong>logo of the Salvador Black Film Festival in all their publicity.<\/p><p>By participating in the Festival, the award winners and distribution companies agree to use the Salvador Black Film Festival name or logo, as well as the award they received, in all their promotions and advertisements (posters, ads, etc.).<\/p><h4>X- DEADLINE<\/h4><p>The deadlines for registering films are\u00a0available on the Festival\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/filmfreeway.com\/SalvadorBlackFilmFestival\"><strong>FilmFreeway page<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong> <br \/> Registration, payment and film screener link must be completed online through\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/filmfreeway.com\/SalvadorBlackFilmFestival\">FilmFreeway<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><h4>XI- AUTHORITY<\/h4><p>The President and Founder of the Festival has the authority to settle any cases not covered under these rules and regulations.<\/p><p>Submitting a film does not mean that it will automatically be selected for participation in the upcoming edition of the Salvador Black Film Festival. Only those films selected by the Selection Committee shall be screened.<\/p><p>Participation in the Salvador Black Film Festival means you agree to abide by the <strong>rules and regulations<\/strong> and respect the\u00a0<strong>pre-selection conditions.<\/strong><\/p><p>Should there be a dispute in the interpretation of any of these rules and regulations, the original English text will Festival is exclusively responsible for the Official Selection and for deciding the section in which a film may be categorized: In Competition (short mid-length and feature films), Out-of-Competition or Special programming, Other views, Retrospectives, Invited films, etc.<\/p><h4>CRITERIA<\/h4><p>Films registered for Official Selection must meet the following criteria (except for retrospectives):<\/p><ul><li>Must have been made in the 24 months preceding the Festival.<\/li><li>Must not have previously been distributed and\/or released in Brazil (unless an exception is made by the Festival).<\/li><li>Must not have been broadcast on the Internet or on television.<\/li><li>Must not have been released on the market on VOD, DVD, Blu-Ray or other.<\/li><\/ul><h4>ELIGIBILITY<\/h4><p>1) Individuals of\u00a0<strong>any other ethnicity (race)<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>from any country<\/strong>\u00a0may also submit films to the Salvador Black Film Festival if the film meets\u00a0<strong>ONE<\/strong>\u00a0or more of the following conditions:<\/p><ul><li>Deals with a Black reality<\/li><li>Deals with the Black community<\/li><li>Has several actors of Black origin playing in major roles<\/li><li>Deal with a particular theme in the Festival<\/li><\/ul><p>2) In the invited films category, the terms and conditions for eligibility indicated in Point 1 above would not apply, due to the fact that these films are specially invited by the Festival for a very particular and special reason.<\/p><h4>FILM LENGTH<\/h4><p>Our definition for film length: 30 min or less: Short film; 31 to 74 minutes: Medium-length film; 75 min and more: Feature film.\u00a0<\/p><h4>DEADLINE<\/h4><p>The deadlines for registering films are\u00a0available on the Festival\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/filmfreeway.com\/SalvadorBlackFilmFestival\"><strong>FILM FREEWAY page<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><br \/> href=\"https:\/\/filmfreeway.com\/SalvadorBlackFilmFestival\">FilmFreeWay<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><h4>FORMAT<\/h4><p>Regardless of the equipment used to shoot the film (Digital, 35mm, HD\u2026):<\/p><p>For the\u00a0<strong><u>pre-selection<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0phase, all film screeners should be uploaded directly on\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/filmfreeway.com\/SalvadorBlackFilmFestival\">FilmFreeway<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>If your film is accepted, you will be asked to send a copy for public screening.<\/p><p>For the\u00a0<strong><u>public screenings<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0(in theater), only the following formats will be accepted: DCP, Blu-Ray, MOV files, MP4 HD.<\/p><h4>SUBTITLING<\/h4><p>The Selection Committee will view films:<\/p><ul><li>With English subtitles, if the film is originally in Portuguese.<\/li><li>With Portuguese subtitles, if the film is originally in English or another language.<\/li><\/ul><h4>SHIPPING<\/h4><p>DCP: Must be sent by registered mail or via an express courier service\u00a0<strong>(FedEx, DHL, UPS\u2026)<\/strong>\u00a0directly to the address indicated at the bottom of the registration form.
